• Has 1-2 years experiences as Customer service in banking industry
• Bachelor degree majoring any filed from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Fluent in English both in oral and written
• Fluent in Japanese would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good appearance, customer service oriented, and hard worker person
• Job Description
• To serve customer over the counter such as for closing account/alteration/opening account
• To handle customer inquiries over the counter or through phone
• To input customer’s information in T24 and CDMS systems
• Other job assigned by the Department Head

DATA CONTROL STAFF (Code: OFF – SSD I)

• Bachelor degree majoring any filed from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Fresh Graduate is acceptable, has experiences in banking industry is a plus
• Fluent in English both in oral and written
• Good personality and high motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Discipline, can work under pressure, proactive
• Job Description : To perform data control towards outgoing remittance, incoming remittance and correspondent bank charge in SSD I

MIDDLE MARKETING OFFICER (Code: OFF – MMD)

• Having 1 year experiences in banking industry especially in KYC
• Fluent in English both in oral and written
• Has sense of administration
• Bachelor degree majoring any filed from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.25
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work in team, well organized, good time management
• Discipline, can work under pressure, proactive
• Job Description
• Check the completeness of documents for opening account and alteration of customer data
• Prepare report related to KYC principle
• Follow up the pending documents to the cutomer
• Marketing administration
